Transafric College prepares students for dynamic careers in management, accounting, entrepreneurship, and office administration. The faculty offers TVET‑recognized programmes such as Certificate in Business Management, Diploma in Business Management, Certificate in Accounting, Diploma in Accounting, Certificate in Business Administration, and Diploma in Business Administration, giving learners a solid grasp of business principles, financial management, marketing, and office operations.

Instruction is practice‑oriented, with students engaging in case studies, record‑keeping exercises, budgeting simulations, and small‑business planning projects. The faculty also runs short‑term courses like Computer Packages and Computers for Beginners, which help students improve their digital literacy for office and business environments.

Graduates from the Faculty of Business go on to work as office administrators, accounts assistants, sales and marketing officers, customer service representatives, and small‑business owners, equipped with the skills to manage resources, interact professionally with clients, and run lean, efficient operations.
